Born on 2 December 1981 on the 2nd of December in Cape Town South Africa Lesley-Ann Brandt is an actor and model who is well-known by her performances in film and TV series. Brandt started her career with New Zealand with the sitcom Diplomatic immunity. Her American debut was with her role as Naevia on the historical drama Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress appeared on many television series during the past ten years like Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians. Brandt is the character Mazikeen on the show based on urban fantasy Lucifer and starring Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro. Brandt was born and raised in Cape Town South Africa and then moved in Auckland New Zealand with her family as a teenager. She began her career in the field of modeling by appearing in print advertisements and commercials. Her work included sales as well as an expert in the field of information technology before becoming famous for her work as a model. She landed her first featured performance in the year 2009 on the New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity where she took on the role of Leilani Fa'auigaese. Then, in 2021 she made her first appearance on the big screen in Spartacus Blood and Sand on Starz. She was Naevia, the slave girl. Naevia. The character of Naevia was reprised in the Spartacus sequel, Spartacus Gods of the Arena. Co-starring with the actor Craig Parker in three different show on television: Diplomatic Immunity (2009) Spartacus (2010) and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In 2016, she started to portray a bounty hunter demon called Mazikeen on the Netflix show Lucifer. Her most memorable role is this one.
